Terms and Conditions

Orders – Lead Time:

Please note that all orders are only manufactured on placement and payment of orders. Lead time depends on the size of the order. Smaller orders should go out in a day or two, while larger orders can take longer. Please contact us if you have a large order, so that we can advise a lead time.

Wood:

Please note that wood is a natural product that can vary in colour and texture, so each product that we manufacture is original and unique and will not be exactly the same as the product images displayed on the website.

Liability:

ADW Group (Pty) Ltd will not be liable to any customer or third party for any damages, injury or death caused by or resulting from misuse or neglect relating to the use of any product sold by ADW Group (Pty) Ltd to any customer.

Proof of delivery:

Any delivery note or waybill signed by the customer or his/her representatives shall be proof that delivery of the goods were made.

Shipping:

We offer free delivery for orders above R1,500.

We charge a flat rate of R120 for delivery to towns and cities for orders less than R1,500. The delivery cost to plots and farms in rural areas will be R345.

All products are shipped from Randburg, Gauteng.

Delivery time is usually from 1-3 days depending on the delivery address. We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries.

A Tracking number will be forwarded to customers once orders have been despatched.

Orders will only be shipped once payment in full has been made.

Returns and Refunds:

Products may only be returned if all of the below criteria are met:

Incorrect product was ordered
Product has not been used
Product is in original packaging
Notification of return was communicated to ADW Group (Pty) Ltd within 24 hours after receiving delivery of the order.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving returned goods.

Please note that the shipping costs for all returns will be for the account of the customer.
